BE ACTIVE. At Pittsford Sutherland High School, we are fortunate to have an active and dedicated PTSA -- parents, teachers and students all working together to organize and implement a wide range of programs and activities, some of which include:

GET INVOLVED. We encourage you to get involved. It's fun. It's a great way to get to know others in the Sutherland community. It's also valuable and greatly appreciated service to the school. No experience is necessary. There are, literally, dozens of volunteer opportunities. Choose the one that's best for you.

Please join us for the first SHS PTSA meeting of the 2010 -2011 school year on Tuesday, September 21 at 8:30 a.m. in the SHS LGI.

Fall Hospitality Teacher Tea Coordinator: Volunteer needed to coordinate refreshments and set up/serving/clean up assistants for the Welcome Back Teacher Tea; date TBD.
SHS PTSA Web site Editor: Volunteer needed to work with the District PTSA Web site coordinator to update the SHS PTSA web site.
Student of the Month Bulletin Board: Volunteer needed to shadow Bulletin Board Coordinator this year and take over responsibilities for the 2011 - 2012 school year.
